About Our Program
Dandelion Wrestling Corporation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that believes wrestling builds character. Based in West Haven, CT, our mission is to make wrestling training accessible to youth and young adults—regardless of financial background—and to foster confidence, teamwork, and leadership on and off the mat.

Programs:

Youth Wrestling (Grades K-8)
This program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of wrestling, emphasizing technique, agility, and sportsmanship. Our experienced coaches provide a positive and encouraging environment where students learn to set goals, work hard, and build confidence through skill development and friendly competition. Whether your child is just starting or preparing for future challenges, this class sets the stage for success.

Dandelion Wrestling (Grades 9-College)
Designed for high school and collegiate athletes, Dandelion Wrestling pushes students to reach their full potential. Combining refinement of the basics, advanced techniques and mental preparation, our program focuses on building not just champions on the mat but leaders in life. Our skilled coaches, with backgrounds in competitive wrestling and combat sports, provide personalized guidance to help you achieve your goals and thrive in a supportive team environment.
