Do you have early-morning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes?
Yes. 5:45 AM classes run Monday through Friday except Wednesday (Gi Mon/Thu, No-Gi Tue/Fri).
When are kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – 18 & Under meets Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM.
Are there weekend classes?
Yes. Adult Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu meets Saturday at 10:00 AM. Sundays are private appointments only.
What should I bring?
A signed waiver, clean training gear, trimmed nails, and a mouthguard (encouraged). If you feel sick, please stay home.
