High School and Youth Wrestling Coach

Coach Joseph Sansone is a two-time Connecticut State Champion with a proven track record on the youth and high school wrestling circuits. A North East Nationals Champion by pin, he also earned top placements at major events like the Wildwood and Virginia Beach National Duels.

In high school, Joseph dominated as the FCIAC Heavyweight Champion, pinning every opponent and earning All-FCIAC First Team honors. He later captained Hamden Hall’s football team to a NEPSAC Bowl Championship, bringing his leadership from the mat to the field.

Now coaching at Dandelion, Coach Sansone brings intensity, technical skill, and a passion for developing young athletes with the same drive that fueled his own success.
